Poopy is a soyjak variant created by MarioMan7890 that is traced from the Cobson MKUltra video.
History
Soysphere namefag MarioMan7890 decided to create 33 edits of this horrible 'jak and bundle them in a zip like caca.zip. The intention was to create a sort of collection just like my hecking pokemon cards. The variant was traced from a scene in a video called "Cobson MKUltra", which contained embedded 'p, however MarioMan has denied this is true and said it was a falseflag. The variant was for the longest time rumored to be created by bu5t due to the aforementioned 'p and the fact that he liked the variant, using it as his cord profile picture at one point.[1] Eventually, MarioMan was caught posting the jak on the schlog and asked about it, revealing that he was the creator of the variant and updating the (now deleted) soyjak wiki page to reflect it.
