Main Page/The Dailyjak
To schedule a new dailyjak, go to the relevant subpage with the date you want (syntax is Dailyjak:MONTH DAY, YEAR) and insert the file. Once you're done, add it to the archive below.
It is a good idea to schedule dailyjaks on non-consecutive days so that you have gaps to add new and topical images in case an event pops up without having to shuffle dailyjaks around. If no dailyjaks are scheduled, the main page will look up to two days ago for older dailyjaks and use those; Otherwise, it will use Dailyjak:Static. For jannies, mass protection of dailyjaks is made easier, through the Protection Index.
Guidelines
- It should be IAS with few exceptions.
- It should be gemmy. High-effort 'jaks are gemmy but even simple edits can be gemmy (like 'jaks in classic /qa/ which were often basic, funny edits). Use your judgement.
- Don't feature your own content if it is not worthy of being featured.
- Do not duplicate dailyjaks that were featured less than 3 months ago.
- Try to not upload content that has already been featured on the sharty's dailyjak.
- If you cant be bothered to check their archives, simply just avoid using the booru since thats where they get most of their dailyjaks from.
