Pierre Gilbert Gilbao, also known as Flart, is a stinky Basque-Valencian Chinktok star best known for being spammed all over 4cuck’s /v/ board and it’s /gif/ general. His style of comedy is safe edgy of him making face noises and talking about the Basques of France or whatever. His most famous video is a video of him going full horse dolphin cheese mode.

Flart first started being spammed on 4cheese as a way to derail Ballmerposters on /v/ around 2022, specifically one video of him dancing to the Danish song MÅLVO. He was very popular for a bit, although nowadays he is basically a dead meme on 4chan.
The sharty
Flart was somewhat popular in 2024, specifically on the boards of /soy/ and /ohio/. He was forced to the point where a jak called Flartson was made off of him. Flartson has some potential at first but his reputation was ruined by idiotic discord spammers. He and Flartson are now considered dead forced memes.
