/soy/ is the main board on the Sharty and the majority of soysphere sites. It is the board dedicated to soyjaks and general discussion (even doe it’s usually not).

Despite soyjaks (or sometimes pepes or gigachads) being usually required to be the starting image for threads, some people still try to force non-Soyjak media on /soy/. This is most likely a holdover from 4chan /qa/, which had multiple factions fighting over who controlled the board.

Allows NAS to be spammed on the 'log award

The original /soy/ all the other ones are based on. Insignificant wars that get forgotten in about a week sometimes happen, usually about spammed new variants or non-Soyjak media. NAS has become common to see as it's no longer explicitly banned. Instead there's a vague rule stating that the board is "for soyjaks."

Rules

1. This board is for Soyjaks.

2. Making yourself identifiable between threads by avatarfagging, signing your posts, or abusing the subject or email fields as a name field is forbidden.

3. The discussion of namefags, avatarfags and drama surrounding them is forbidden. Take it to >>>/qa/ instead.

The Swinny's /soy/ is iron.

Often used to complain about the Sharty. Gigapostubg is fairly common, but frogposting is rare.

Rules

1. Your threads must include either soyjaks or media related to the site's culture (e.g. gigachads, frogs).

2. Namefagging, avatarfagging, or signing your posts is not allowed.

3. Discussions or drama related to the soysphere is not allowed and may be posted in /g/ instead.
