Charlie is a deformed version of a chud.
History of Charlie
Despite being based on a hugely popular variant, he was created in 2023 with a new batch of deformed jaks like Gerald and Jerome. Charlie is meant to be a younger baby-esque disabled version of Chud, and his design elements include notably Chudjak's original hair being painted over and replaced with a single hair strand similar to the one worn by the disabled nusoi. He downs OMGSISA eyes too.
He is however notably less popular than his other counterpants, some posts on SoyBooru aren't even properly tagged as Charlie.
