Websites that block TOR exit node IPs from even viewing the website. This is usually done by people obsessed with datamining (You).
A lot of these sites use some kind of Cloudflare protection, even when its not seen on a regular IP address. Vichan instances usually block TOR nodes if they are in a blacklist.
