Xer first act was to finally allow NAS on the booru (/soy/ related NAS) such as pepes and gigas and change the tagging system on the 'ru.
Allowing the category NAS:, he is known for implementing annoying wordfilter to anon chuds so people are obligated to namefag in order to avoid these annoying filters.
He is also allowing other old /qa/ NAS such as sneed, baneposting, leeposting, tyrone and amerimutt (albeit /pol/ meme)
