SNCApedia (sentient site name theory), also known as the 'pedia is a soysphere encyclopedia site created on the 11th of June 2025 by P0rt42 (Mazal) that hosts information for splinter groups and namefags.
On the 10th of June 2026, it became a Tor-only site, effectively nuking ~~two thirds~~ all of its userbase. Ouch.
It used to be viewed as more free and minority inclusive then the Soyjak Wiki before it got handed to a literal sharty janny. (who has been in partial control of the site since early august 2025 doebeit)
SNCApedia was not supposed to be a replacement/alternative for Soyjak Wiki (ev&doe many users saw it that way), but rather an extension of it. This is also why the [[sharty:Example]] cross-site links were added.

Relationship with the Main Soysphere

SNCApedia's relations began with being banned from the shartysphere due to the fact that P0rt42 (aka. Mazal), a 'cordmonkey shitskin nigger pedophile owned the website. Only after Gold would get the website handed to him, the bans would be lifted, improving the relationship of SNCApedia and the sharty.

Some users on the Soyjak Wiki would emigrate to SNCApedia to document SNCA namefag dramas, splinters and other topics, but not completely disassociating themselves from the soyjak wiki. (As Gold heccin intended or something).

Later during its lifespan on September 28th 2025, the owner of SNCApedia would get banned from the shardee for rule 3 (Participation in hostile or disruptive off-site communities is FORBIDDEN)™ after accusing Mist - a former sharty janny of being a pedophile due to finding his name carved on someone's skin. Though this could be interpreted as jannies banning him for being the owner of SNCApedia, and simply making the jannies' clitty leak; essentially killing two birds with one stone. The image Gold used to accuse Mist of grooming people turned out to be an old falseflag by a Norwegian tranny from the Chinny. He would later make up with Quote in late November and get unbanned.

Post-handover restrospective

Despite what many believed (and saw), SNCApedia was not infact a bastion of freeze peach, and was effectively partially-owned by the Quotecord ever since Gold had to get help from GapeNewell (known on SNCApedia as "Faggot") to fix his DNB site.
This is most likely the reason why the site was pretty much never raided or DDoSed in any way by Quote, a thing which he absolutely loves doing, because the site was kept on a leash from the start.

Black July: SNCApocalypse occurs. SNCApedia goes down for nearly a month due to Gold fucking up the apache config like the retard he is.

August

August 1: Faggot is made Administrator following the SNCApocalypse.

August 9: The Main Page is given a news section.
August 11: Gold forgets to pay the server fees, SNCApedia goes down.
August 12: History lost during the Mazal-Gold transfer is restored.
August 25: SNCApedia returns after downtime, once again due to Gold.
August 29: SNCApedia gets attacked.
August 30: A captcha is added.
August 31: SoyPlace comes online.

September

September 1: A new captcha is added.
September 13: SNCApedia goes down for 2 days because Gold forgot to pay for the servers again.
September 26: A new rule is added, All unofficial revivals of the shemmy will be treated as hostile communities without prior approval by jannies. This follows after the Gassy was exposed for being owned by the colony, and Netsuba being owned by lolicon pedophiles.

October 7: A soyvariant portal is added.

October 9: The logo is changed.

December 8: News on the home page will be removed after 14 days instead of 7.
December 9: SNCApedia goes down for a few hours, causing MSupload to stop working, Gold probably fucked something up^[1].

February 19: Failtrolls raid SNCApedia by blanking around 10 articles from 3 different accounts and replacing them with GIFs of zoosadism.

March 10-12: Synonymous is made bureaucrat.

April 2: Chinny is declared hostile.
April 8: The site briefly braps.

May 1: Fagmin takes a a break (meds, this was April 9th).
May 31: Sharty Gigaleak gets documented actively.

June 10: SNCApedia goes down as Gold announces the sale of the site.
June 13: Site returns on Tor under its new owner: GapeNewell (aka. Faggot). An archive from June 6th is used instead of June 9th for whatever reason.
