Burger is a fast food goyslop which is typically made of placing arbitrary fillings inside of it, usually having patty, cheese or vegetables, inside buns or however the burgers are made. Despite being invented in Hamburg, Germany, the item is way more associated with US due to immigrants from the Germany bringing their culture in to the new world, with america later on turning burger into globe wide goyslop empire, biggest supplier of which is McDonalds, or however the burgers are fried.
