neutralplier.party, also known as the Narty was an actual, and former soyjak.party splinter running on Vichan, dedicated to the posting of those annoying Neutralpliers. It is most notable for "Kuz" doing a Q&A on it[1]. It was probably created around 2024 during Froot’s administration and deleted around Feburary 2025.
It had 3 boards, /plier/- ‘plier, /soy/- Soy, and /q/- Quay.
This splinter also used to have a Soyjak Wiki page but it got deleted because Cobblestone needed to "destroy evaders work" or whatever. [2].
